How to Scan Your Walls
- Insert the supplied 2 AA batteries into the rear compartment.
- Place the scanner flat against the wall you intend to drill.
- Press the power button and wait 2 seconds for the unit to auto-calibrate.
- Move the scanner slowly and steadily across the surface in a straight line.
- Observe the LED ring: Green means safe, Amber means an object is nearby, Red means an object (or live wire) is directly beneath.
- Mark the safe drilling spot using the centre hole of the LED ring.
